Kiro Race Co joins Formula E after acquiring the ERT team. With a strong showing in pre-season testing, the team will be looking to score big points in Season 11 with drivers Dan Ticktim and David Beckmann

After winning the title, Nelson Piquet Jn. remained with the team for three seasons, partnered by Oliver Turvey for a second straight campaign. For the 2017/18 season, Italian IndyCar driver Luca Filippi replaced Nelson Piquet Jn, to partner Turvey for the team's fourth season.

The team has had mixed success in the championship, finishing a respectable fourth overall in the 2014/15 season before falling to last place in the championship standings the following year.

For the 2016/17 season, the team managed to pull itself back up to sixth before falling back down to eighth at the end of the 2017/18 season.

Oliver Turvey and Frenchman Tom Dillmann remained with the team for the 2018/19 campaign. Together, they piloted the striking green and white GEN2 challenger.

A new season brings a new name as the Chinese team evolves into the NIO 333 Formula E Team. For 2019/20, Oliver Turvey continued with the team and will be joined by Ma Qinghua. With Ma unable to complete the season, Daniel Abt was drafted in as his replacement.

For 2020/21, Tom Blomqvist joined experienced Formula E campaigner and NIO loyalist Oliver Turvey in the squad. Meanwhile, the team's backroom was restructured to prepare for its long-term commitment to GEN3 and the championship's future. It was a season of two halves.

Four top-ten finishes in the opening four rounds and another in Valencia set things off nicely. However, a mid-season blank amid an increasingly competitive grid saw the British-based outfit find further points hard to come by - Blomqvist's 10th in the finale was the squad's only other score.

Although Season 8 had fewer points, the team put in some heroic performances, especially in Rome. Turvey and new recruit Dan Ticktum both finished in the top 10.

GEN3 provided a fresh new start for the entire grid, and in the hands of Ticktum and recruit Sergio Sette Camara, the pair delivered the Silverstone-based squad's best season in recent years. Ending up ninth in the Teams' standings with nine points scoring finishes.

Heading into the landmark 10th season of Formula E, the team took a fresh new look and a new name, racing under the banner of the ERT Formula E Team. As the racing came to a close, the driver pairing failed to secure a podium finish but came close, with Ticktum scoring a career-best fourth in Misano.

Season 11 sees the team race under a new guise with the introduction of the Kiro Race Co. New American owners Forest Road kick-start a new era for the team with Porsche power under their machines. Ticktum continues with the team and will be joined by rookie David Beckmann.

Starting a new chapter in Formula E last season, Dan Ticktum heads towards his second campaign in the all-electric street racing series with another run around the world with NIO 333.

Dan Ticktum had a promising junior career and finished second to Lando Norris in the 2013 CIK-FIA European karting championship, tied on points with the McLaren F1 driver.

Showcasing some impressive street racing credentials around the infamous blacktop that makes up the Macau Grand Prix, Ticktum won the event two years in a row in 2017 and 2018, beating Lando Norris and Callum Illot respectively. The Brit added  his name to a short list of drivers to who have multiple times in Macau - a list that also features current Formula E winners Antonio Felix da Costa and Edoardo Mortara.

There was further success in the 2018 FIA Formula E European Championship, as Ticktum finished runner-up to Mick Schumacher.

Two seasons in the FIA Formula 2 Championship followed, a victory at home in Silverstone came in his rookie season with his best run in 2021 when the young Brit finished fourth in the standings - picking up three victories, including around the famous streets of Monaco.

All-electric racing beckoned for Ticktum for the 2021/22 season as the Brit joined the NIO 333 team. In a baptism of fire, he pulled off some highlight performances with scoring his first point in Rome, impressing in qualifying in Monaco and reaching the Duels in the final race in Seoul.

Ticktum continues with NIO for Season 9 and the all-new Gen3 era, looking to build on his learnings as he heads towards his sophomore campaign in Formula E.
